Deciding who will assist you with your real estate needs is as much an important business decision as it is a personal one.  For most, the purchasing of a house represents one of their single largest investments, but more importantly, it is their home which provides them with shelter, a school system to educate their children and the foundation upon which their family will grow and establish memories lasting a lifetime.

    With over a quarter century of real estate experience and having lived in the Detroit area all of my life,  I am in an excellent position to assist persons relocating to our area or those looking to make a local change.  I enjoy working with the first time home buyer as well as those who have purchased houses before.  In many instances I have worked with several generations of the same family, also helping them to balance their housing needs with their financial objectives and emotional aspirations.

    Real estate is an interesting profession in that it is more than simply showing a house or putting a sign in the yard.  One must listen and understand the needs of the client in order to provide honest and truthful advice.  A good real estate professional is a real estate consultant and practitioner taking a potentially complicated process and technically legal endeavor and making it manageable and simple.

    When you select a REALTOR, you need to know that the individual is a professional who is constantly working to make the transaction and experience as smooth as possible.  You also need to be able to identify with that person and know that to him your personal needs, objectives and goals matter.
